We acknowledge the incredible and critical importance of ensuring the health and safety of all attendees and the broader public, and the event will proceed only if there is complete confidence it is safe to do so. Zaccaria Concerts and Touring is in regular communications with the relevant local and state authorities and COVID-19 Safety Plans have been prepared for each individual city. All events will be compliant with directions of each state’s Health Department. We can assure you that we are committed to meeting the highest level of health and safety protocols for the duration of your experience from arrival to departure.
Should any of the events be unable to proceed on the original advertised date due to COVID restrictions, they will be moved to a planned backup date. Patrons will be urged to keep their ticket as it will be valid to use on the rescheduled date. Of course, those unable to attend on the rescheduled date will have the opportunity to seek a refund within 30 days of the notification of the date change. If a concert is outright cancelled and no longer proceeding at all, patrons will be refunded in full.
Due to COVID 19, some restrictions or impositions may be forced upon us at the last minute. This could include things like the seating arrangements, limitations to queues, items that can and cannot be brought into the venue, social distancing measures, time changes, artist changes and so on. Please continually check this EVENT INFO page and our other communications platforms such as our social media pages, and please keep an eye out for email or SMS communication in the days prior to the event.
If you have a Castaway ticket, please keep an eye out for our communications which will be:

Our events will be run in accordance with applicable Government directions, orders, regulations or guidance associated with COVID-19 in place at the time of the event, which are fluid and may change. These requirements may include but are not limited to proof of vaccination, QR Code Check In and possibly other measures enforced by the relevant government authorities. Unless required by applicable law, refunds will not be required as a result of following the conditions of or changes to any applicable Government directions, orders, regulations or guidance associated with COVID-19.
Right now, we simply don't know what will be required regarding vaccinations.
Our position as a national promoter and organiser of concerts is this - yes, we would like to see as many people as possible get vaccinated. However, we also understand it’s an individual choice and some people have very good reasons as to why they do not wish to be vaccinated.
Ours is not a political argument. It's simply about the reality that a requirement to be vaccinated may be mandated by some state governments and/or the Federal government in order for people to attend large concerts and events in the future (as well as other places like bars, clubs, restaurants, etc). If this becomes the case, we will have no say in it.
At this stage, we don't know what the future holds in this regard. However, all we can do for now is encourage people to get vaccinated because we believe that it may become a requirement. As a business, we will be better placed to make those decisions at the time based on outcomes on Government requirements, health advice, and what we feel is best for the safety of our audiences, artists, crew and staff.
