  • Strictly no chairs of any description.
  • 18+ only. Children under 18 are NOT permitted at all.
  • You cannot bring your own food. Food and beverages will be for sale. 
  • You cannot bring alcohol or soft drink etc. You may bring sealed plastic bottled water (still or sparkling) up to 1.5L in size.
  • Empty translucent plastic bottles can be brought into the venue to use at our free water stations.
  • This event will proceed rain, hail or shine
  • No pass outs are available at this event
  • Security will search all bags upon entry

What to bring:

  • Tickets
  • Credit Card/Debit card/Eftpos card and cash. Card and cash is accepted at bars and most food vendors and merchandise.
  • There is No ATM on site.
  • ID
  • Fully charged phone
  • Empty translucent plastic water bottle (not glass, metal or aluminium) to fill up at drinking water stations if you wish.
  • Sun protection - sunglasses, hat, sunscreen
  • Footwear must be worn at all times (thongs are ok)

What NOT to bring

What NOT to bring / prohibited items:

 

  • Aerosol cans
  • Alcohol or soft drinks.
  • Cameras - no professional standard or video cameras
  • Chairs of any description.
  • Food
  • Glass, aluminium or steel/metal containers
  • Metal cutlery, scissors or knives of any sort
  • Picnic baskets
  • Picnic blankets
  • Selfie sticks
  • Umbrellas, marquees or shade tents
  • Weapons or items that are deemed unsafe
  • Any other objects considered by the Promoter and the Venue to be dangerous or capable of causing a public nuisance that could be used to distract, obstruct or interfere with any performer

MORE IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION:

ALCOHOL

You may not bring in or leave with any alcohol whatsoever.

ATM

There will be no ATM on site so please bring cash and card for use at bars, food vendors and merchandise.

BAGS

Will be subject to a search upon entry. Any person in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry to the site. If in doubt leave it at home or in the car.

BOX OFFICE

One box office will be in operation and located near the main gate. The box office will open at 12.30pm
We are expecting large crowds so to avoid queuing at the venue, patrons are encouraged to pre-print e-tickets or collect their tickets in advance from a Ticketmaster outlet.

CHILDREN

This is an 18+ only event. No children are permitted under any circumstances.

CLOAKROOM

Cloakroom facilities will be available to cloak items for a small fee. Prohibited items will not be permitted within the event, so if in doubt leave it in the car or at home.

DANCING

Patrons may dance but we ask you consider your fellow patrons around you. 

ESKIES/COOLER BAGS

Not permitted at all.

FIRST AID

There will be a First Aid tent on site with first aid medical professionals.

FLASKS/THERMOSES:

Not permitted at all.

FOOD

You cannot bring your own food. Food and beverages will be for sale. 
You cannot bring alcohol or soft drink etc. You may bring a commercially sealed bottle of water up to 1.5L in size.

PASS OUTS

There will be no pass outs for this event. Please make sure you bring everything with you (phone, jacket or jumper in case it gets cold in the evening, and so on).

PARKING

There will be no dedicated parking - please use public transport or drop off.

PHOTO ID

Will be required to purchase and consume alcohol and service will not be provided to people under 18 years of age. Please note that because this is a licensed venue, patrons are unable to take bottles of wine from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.

PICNIC BLANKETS

Picnic blankets and low back chairs are NOT permitted. See diagram above.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, excluding designated smoking areas if provided.

TRANSPORT

We suggets taking the bus or tram to Glenelg Beach.

WATER/LIQUIDS

You may bring a commercially sealed bottle of water up to 1.5L in size. One per person. We do offer free water stations so please bring an empty translucent plastic water bottle (not glass, metal or aluminium) to fill up at drinking water stations if you wish. Water is also available to purchase at the bars or some food vendors. You cannot bring any other drinks.

WEATHER

The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario.

ZERO TOLERANCE

We have a zero tolerance policy on illegal substances and drugs. Anyone suspected of using or found in possession of illegal substances or drugs will be escorted from the grounds and handed over to the police. Undercover police officers may also be actively searching for offenders.
